Coffee, roasted almost daily

Around thirty single origins a year, four blends and a decaf we actually drink. Filter or espresso, light or medium — every bag carries its roast date, because that is the only freshness label that means anything.

How we buy

Direct trade

We visit farms, cup at origin and pay above the commodity market. The numbers go into the Transparency Report.

Seasonality is key

Kenyan top lots land in spring, Ethiopian naturals in autumn. We buy when the coffee is good, not when the shelf is empty.

Rare series

Unusual varieties, one-off fermentations, tiny lots. Roasted in small batches and gone when they are gone.

Sugar cane decaf

Ethyl Acetate process from sugar cane, so the cup stays sweet instead of papery. Tumbaga '26 is our best NoCaf yet.

Buying coffee, answered

Why is the roast date on the bag?

Because coffee is a fresh product. We roast almost daily in Antwerp and ship within days of roasting — the date stamp is the most useful thing on the label.

Filter or espresso — which bag do I buy?

Espresso roasts are built for pressure and milk: more body, more cocoa. Filter roasts are lighter to keep acidity and aroma. Many of our origins come in both.

Why is single-origin coffee so expensive?

Small lots, hand-picking, high farm-gate prices and freight. A specialty lot can cost several times the C-price before it even reaches our roaster.

Can I get a subscription instead?

Yes — espresso or filter, medium or light, every 2 or 4 weeks, and you can pause or cancel whenever you like.

Not sure where to start?

The Discovery Packs exist exactly for this: four or five coffees, 250 g each, one flat price. Taste your way in.
